Thorough & Professional

Thorough & Professional Denise makes the planning and booking of a major trip so easy. Many issues come up and she knows how to handle most of them immediately, or in some cases, she says she doesn't know and gets back to us with the answers. She has an easy manner about learning your preferences and adapting the itinerary to complement them. I recommend her to all my friends.
